Who Doesn’t Fall Victim Of Clinical Depression?

Who doesn’t fall victim of clinical depression? Most of us have gone through it or someone we know is still under its grasp and we never knew or worse didn’t care!

A study reveals a shocking stat that states – more than 300 million people are suffering from depression around the globe. Its a alarming number that shows our ignorance about the disease. people even refuse to accept that depression is a mental disease and that shows our ignorance about the disease.

People even refuse to accept that depression is a mental disease and they even not bothered take a proper treatment. Depression varies from mild to severe, temporary to persistent depression. Clinical depression is the more severe form of depression.

That mental depression is real. It’s an abyss and you feel there is no way out. No light shining. In that state you forget there was always someone with you… It’s YOU. That YOU will not give up till the end. All you have to do is find the light.

When there is YOU, there is no need for others. That YOU will take care of your needs and comfort you. The only thing that YOU excepts from you is patience, courage and strength to claw yourself out of the darkness!

You don’t need to wait for someone to pick up the pieces or to make things bright and shining for you. Give yourself the time and space and everything falls in place. Maybe not at once but it will definitely reach its goal.

If someone told you, when you look back you should only see the good things and success, don’t listen to them. They are wrong. More than the leaps, the falls you took made you what you are. Cherish your leaps but never forget your falls.

People will always have a claim over your success but will never lend a hand during your failure. So, to be strong never forget to cherish that YOU. If the YOU in you is happy fighting anything and everything, overcoming the obstacles become easy.
