Anupama Parameswaran (born February 18, 1996) is an Indian actress known for her work in Telugu, Malayalam, and Tamil films. She gained popularity with her debut in the Malayalam film “Premam” (2015), which emerged as a blockbuster.

Over the years, she has been part of successful films such as “A Aa” (2016), “Sathamanam Bhavati” (2017), “Hello Guru Prema Kosame” (2018), “Maniyarayile Ashokan” (2020), “Kurup” (2021), and “Karthikeya 2” (2022).

Anupama was born into a Malayali family on February 18, 1996, in Irinjalakuda, Thrissur district, Kerala, to Parameswaran Erekkath and Sunitha Parameswaran. She has a younger brother named Akshay. Anupama attended CMS College Kottayam, Kerala, where she pursued a major in Communicative English before deciding to discontinue her studies and pursue a career in acting.

Anupama Parameswaran made her debut in the film industry with the critically acclaimed “Premam,” where she played a supporting role alongside Nivin Pauly. The film turned out to be a massive success. She then ventured into Telugu cinema with projects like “A Aa,” co-starring with Nithiin and Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
