Her foray into Telugu cinema commenced in 2015, and despite scheduling conflicts preventing her participation in Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha, she officially debuted as a child artist in Brahmotsavam.

Her early films include notable projects like Manamantha and Premam, where she portrayed the younger version of Madonna Sebastian. Avantika’s breakthrough came in 2021 with the lead role in the Disney Channel Original Movie, “Spin.” The film received positive reviews, with critics praising her performance and on-screen presence.
