My Favorite Sonu Nigam Hindi Songs: Sonu Nigam, name itself is enough to make all the music lovers to smile and get lost in songs sung by this talented singer. Is there even a hater for this amazing singer? I grew up listening to his songs even after two decades I’m head over heels in love this voice. He is one singer whose voice suits all the actors.

Today, I’m going to list Top 10 favorite songs of Sonu Nigam.

1. Tere Bin – Wazir

Wazir directed by Bejoy Nambair starring Amitabh Bachchan, Farah Akhtar, Aditi Rao Hydari and Neil Nitin Mukesh. The film was released in the year 2016. The music directors for the song “Tere Bin” is composed by Shantanu Moitra and lyrics were penned by Vidhu Vinod Chopra.

This beautiful song is sung by Sonu Nigam and Shreya Ghosal. I bet you cannot stop yourself from humming this song!

2. Mujhe raat din – Sangharsh

The jaan of the film Sangharsh are the songs “Mujhe raat din” and “Pehli Pehli Baar Baliye” sung by Sonu Nigam. Sonu Nigam is one singer out there who can make the listener shed tears or make them fall in love with just his voice! The lyrics is penned by Sameer. This song can soothe your body and soul after a tedious work!

3. Abhi Mujh Mein Kahin – Agneepath

The Film is directed by Karan Johar and stars Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra in the lead role. The music is composed by Ajay-Atul and Lyrics is penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. This Song is sung by one of the most talented gifted singer Sonu Nigam. This song is all about a brother trying to build his relationship with his kid sister. Sonu has done a fabulous job and I bet you just cannot hate this song!

4. Main Hoon Na – Main Hoon Na

Main Hoon Na directed by Farah Khan was released In the year 2004. The film has an ensemble star cast of Shah Rukh Khan, Sushmita Sen, Suneil Shetty, Zayed Khan, Amritha Rao, Kiran Kher, and Boman Irani. The music was composed by Anu Malik and lyrics were penned by Javed Akhtar. The Title track is sung by Sonu Nigam and Shreya Ghosal. My heart goes ummm when Sonu say “Main hoon na”

5. Kal Ho Naa Ho – Kal Ho Naa Ho

Kal ho naa ho music was composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and the lyrics were written by Javed Akhtar. The song Kal ho naa ho is my motivational song since it released. When I’m down and I need a push I always turn my ears to Sonu Nigam’s “Kal ho naa ho”. Nigam has sung this song with so much emotions that the listener cannot help but weep with Nigam. Nigam is definitely one the gifted singers and we are lucky to have him to soothe our tired and battered soul with his voice.

6. Do Pal – Veer Zaara

Veer – Zaara directed by Yash Chopra had an ensemble star cast of Shah Rukh Khan, Preity Zinta, Rabi Mukherji, Boman Irani, Kiran Kher, Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini. The music was composed by Late Madan Mohan which was revised by his Son Sanjeev Kohli. This song is sung by Lataji and Sonu Nigam. The lyrics were penned by Javed Akhtar. Is there anyone out here, who has listened to this song and not had their heart breaking? A tear or two definitely would have shed. That’s the power of Sonu Nigam when it comes to singing sad songs!

7. Kyun Hawa – Veer  Zaara

Veer Zaara directed by Yash Ji has a star cast of Shah Rukh Khan, Priety Zinta, Rani Mukerji, Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini. The music was composed by Late Madam Mohan which upon the request was revised by his son Sanjeev Kohli. The lyrics was penned by Javed Akhtar. The song is sung by Sonu Nigam. I don’t think I have to even justify I love this song! Everything about the song is just perfect. To compliment Sonu’s voice you have Lataji who is humming throughout the song! Not to forget the whole song is also a visual delight!!!

8. Yeh Dil Deewana – Pardes

Pardes directed by Subhash Ghai having Shah Rukh Khan and Mahima Choudary in the main lead was released in the year 1997. The music was composed by Nadeem Shravan and lyrics were penned by Anand Bakshi. Who can forget this song? Sonu just weaves magic with this one.The song “Yeh Dil Deewana” was sung by Sonu Nigam which fetched him a filmfare award.

9. Saathiya – Saathiya

Saathiya directed by Shaad Ali with Vivek Oberio and Rani Mukerji playing the main leads. Gulzar Saab has penned the lyrics. The song Saathiya is song by Sonu Nigam.  This song is treat not only for your ears but also your eyes. The locations and the costumes used in the song is just amazing! A.R. Rahman and Sonu Nigam won awards for this particular song.

10. Jaane Nahi Denge Tujhe – 3 Idiots

3 idiots directed by Rajkumar Hirani was released in the year 2009. The film stars Aamir Khan, R. Madhavan, Sharman Joshi and Kareena Kapoor in the lead. The music was composed by Shantanu Moitra. The lyrics were penned by Swanand Kirkire. The song sung by Sonu Nigam just leaves you teary eyed!
