She was born on 11 July 1990 in Thrippunithura, Kochi, Kerala into a Malayali Christian family. As of 2025, she is 35 years old. Her father, Sebi Antony, worked as a technician at The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore (FACT) in Kerala, and her mother is Rose Mary. She has two siblings, both brothers named Jibin and Jeeva.

Jewel Mary Education

During her childhood she lived in the FACT staff quarters in Aluva before moving to her father’s ancestral home in Thrippunithura after completing the eighth grade. Jewel completed her schooling in Kerala. She later pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) at the Samaritan College of Nursing, Pazhanganad, Kochi.
