Sharvari Wagh was born on 14 June 1997 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, into a Marathi family. Her father, Shailesh Wagh, and her mother, Namrata Wagh. She’s the granddaughter of former Chief Minister of Maharashtra Manohar Joshi.
She attended The Dadar Parsee Youths Assembly High School in Mumbai and later went to Ruparel College where She studied for a Bachelor’s (Science) degree.
She joined Jeff Goldberg’s Studio for a nine-month acting course. From 2015 – 2018, She served as an assistant director on films.
Sharvari made her acting debut through a web series ‘The Forgotten Army – Azaadi Ke Liye (2020)’ on Amazon Prime, directed by Kabir Khan.
Sharvari Wagh made her debut in films in 2021 Hindi movie Bunty Aur Babli 2, alongside Rani Mukerji, Saif Ali Khan. For her performance, She won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut and IIFA Star Debut of the Year – Female. She got a break thorugh the 2024 film Munjya. Her upcoming film is Alpha [2025].
