Dhruva Natchathiram Tamil movie features Chiyaan Vikram, Ritu Varma, Radhakrishnan Parthiban, R Radikaa Sarathkumar, Simran, Vinayakan, Divya Dharshini, Munna Simon, Vamsi Krishna, Salim Baig, Sathish Krishnan, Maya S Krishnan, and others.

Dhruva Natchathiram – His Name Is John song lyrics were written by Paal Dabba, who is also the singer of this song. This song was composed by music director Harris Jayaraj, who is a frequent collaborator of director Gautham Vasudev Menon.

The combo of Goutham and Harris, had produced some memorable songs in movies Minnale [2001], Kaakha Kaakha [2003], Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu [2006], Pachaikili Muthucharam [2007], Vaaranam Aayiram [2008], and Yennai Arindhaal [2015].
