Marana Mass Petta Single Track Lyrics Video Released | Rajinikanth: Marana Mass is a First single from super star Rajinikanth’s upcoming Tamil movie Petta. Marana Mass song lyrics video released today in YouTube.

Marana Mass song was composed by music director Anirudh Ravichander and the lyrics of the song was written by upcoming lyricist Vivek of Aalaporaan Thamizhan fame from the movie Mersal. some of his notable songs includes Simtaangaran from Sarkar, Karuppi en Karuppi from Pariyerum Perumal, Hey Sandakaara from Irudhi Suttru and others.

This is the first collabration of director Karthik Subbaraj with music director Anirudh. Santhosh Narayanan was the music director for all previous movies of Karthik Subbaraj.

Marana Mass song was rendered by Anirudh Ravichander along with legendary playback singer S. P. Balasubrahmanyam, who has been the voice of Superstar for decades.

SPB and Rajini combination had produced some unforgettable intro songs over the years. Songs like Vandhenda Paalkaaran from Annamalai, Naan Autokaaran from Baashha, Oruvan Oruvan Mudhalali from Muthu, Adhaanda Idhaanda from Arunachalam, Ballelakkha from Sivaji, Pudhiya Manidha from Enthiran gives goosebumps when you listen to them. Ranga Ranga song from Linga [2014] was the last song sung by SPB to Rajini. after 4 years, Balasubrahmanyam has lent his voice to superstar in this Marana Mass song for the film Petta.

Petta features ensemble cast of Superstar Rajinikanth, Vijay Sethupathi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Simran, Trisha, Bobby Simha, M. Sasikumar, Guru Somasundaram, Megha Akash, J. Mahendran, Yogi Babu, Sananth Reddy, Malavika Mohanan, Ramdoss, Manikandan R. Achari, Shabeer Kallarakkal and others.

The film was directed by director Karthik Subbaraj of Pizza and Jigarthanda fame. This is his fifth directorial venture and first with Rajinikanth. Petta was produced by Kalanithi Maran under the banner Sun Pictures, who had earlier produced films like Enthiran in 2010 starring Rajnikanth and Sarkar in 2018 starring Vijay.

The second single is expected to be released on December 7 and the full album will be released on December 9. Petta is scheduled to be released on 14 January 2019.
